PHOTO OF THE WEEK: 12 June 2012
An estimated 215 million children around the world are required to work – often in highly exploitative or hazardous conditions. The World Day against Child Labour, celebrated annually on 12 June, aims to focus attention on the worst forms of this violation of children’s rights and the need for continued action to eliminate it.
